Midwest Moving company's system from the initial estimate to the preparation and execution of our move was flawless, clear and documented thoroughly. It's how service is supposed to be. The movers of their subcontractor Boxit Moving were friendly, industrious and hyper aware that they were moving our home, not just furniture! The epitome of personal service!

Midwest did a great job of moving us to a new home. From my first contact with Matthew to the moving day everything was handled very well. Jaden and his crew could not have been better in taking care of our furniture. I highly recommend Midwest Moving.

What a great experience! We had Jayden, Caleb and Cortez and they were three incredibly hard working young men who were clean cut, polite, and efficient. Every piece of furniture was wrapped and handled with care. The truck was first class and I thought the price was very fair. Good job!

Wayfair screwed us and left a heavy vanity in our living room we needed moved upstairs. This company was able to give me a flat rate (rather then a 2 hour minimum that 5 other movers I called before had) as it was a 10 minute job that required 4 people. They were able to accommodate within a few hours! Jaden and his team were highly professional! 10/10 recommend!!

Midwest earned this 5 star review and they failed spectacularly prior to doing so. This is not your typical review.First, the agreement: Best price around, period. Two guys and 7 hours at $1,150ish. That is a great price in this market. That got them my business. After a deposit, we agreed on an arrival window of 8-10 AM and it was supposed to be clear sailing from there.Second, the fumble: It wasn't clear sailing. We were waiting at 8 AM and shortly after 9 they told me there was a callout that disrupted everything. My new window was by noon. This ruined the timing of everything else for the day and I scrambled to adjust. As noon drew nearer, I was updated it'd be more like 12:30, then 1. They finally showed up at 1:30, WAY after their initial promise time.Third, the recovery: They were awesome. Simply put they were fast, efficient, careful, professional. They gave me a small discount to make up for the delay. It took a bit more time to do the job than they quoted but they made up for it in the end.Fourth, the reality: Things happen. They started their day with a crap sandwich that I was also part of. Its not their fault they had a callout, and for all I know that person is deathly ill and I am glad they didnt spread disease. These things happen with business. They adjusted, worked hard to recover, and crossed the finish line with flying colors.If this was my awful 5 star experience, can you imagine how good your 5 star experience will be? They lost my 5 stars but regained it with quality work and strong customer service. Lets be honest - this is hard work in a thankless service industry. These guys did wonderfully given the corcumstances. I could not have reasonably asked for a better outcome.Hire this company. They do not disappoint - from great pricing, to great service, to great recovery, - they have great reviews for a reason!!!

I've done a lot of moving over the years, but this experience was BY FAR the BEST! The team was punctual, polite, and incredibly professional. They even seemed to have an instinct for where furniture should go based on the type of piece, which saved us a lot of confusion—even when we got mixed up ourselves! 😂 The entire process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to their expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommend! BEST MOVERS!!!

Our 2 moving helpers were right on time. They communicated with us before arriving and made sure we were ready for them to arrive. Upon arrival, they quickly evaluated the situation and the moving materials we had on hand and began their work. The items were very bulky and difficult to load, but their experience and perseverance were no match for the "beastly furniture " Based on our experience, we would highly recommend this company for any type of moving.

Matthew was an amazing coordinator to work with. This move he just made for us across country was far less stressful than our move from South Carolina to North Carolina. Will gladly recommend to anyone without a second thought. Jadon and his team came loaded the truck did walk throughs and showed the highest level of expertise. You can definitely tell that customer service is their number one priority. Matthew and jadon both stayed in contact throughout the whole process. I was told our moving truck would arrive in Colorado on Friday at 9:00am. And that is exactly what it did. The unload was nice. They did walk throughs again to make sure everything was placed where we wanted it and everything. Wish I could give more stars.
